TA-PT

TA-PT is an acid and alkali resistant temperature sensor cable (RTD) suitable for temperature sensing applications in high-purity and corrosive chemical liquids. This product item is imported and supplied from Taiwan. It uses a PT100Ω platinum resistance temperature sensor, with a measurement range of 0–180°C, and is available in B class or optional A class specifications according to application requirements.

The product features a silicone tube and glass fiber tube cable structure, combined with a PFA fluororesin protective tube design to support use in acidic, alkaline, and chemical environments. The sensing end can be bent, making it easier to fit on-site installation and equipment layout requirements.

In semiconductor wet process applications, TA-PT can be used in chemical heating tanks, hot DIW systems, and chemical blending tanks. It helps monitor temperature changes in chemical liquids, hot water, and mixed solutions, supporting process temperature management and on-site monitoring.
