PG-35

PG-35 is a digital pressure switch designed for semiconductor equipment, HVAC and mechanical rooms, and process automation systems. Featuring a high-brightness 3-digit LED display, it enables real-time monitoring of pressure changes in gas and liquid lines. Depending on the model, measurement ranges of −100 to 100 kPa, −100 to 1000 kPa, and 0 to 100 kPa absolute pressure are available, making it suitable for equipment vacuum systems, utility gas lines, HVAC systems, pumps, and process-fluid pressure monitoring.

The PG-35 provides two NPN/PNP switch outputs and a 1–5 V analog output, allowing easy integration with PLCs, equipment controllers, BMS, and automation monitoring systems. It supports pressure status detection, alarm output, and interlock control. The output mode can be switched between individual mode and window comparator mode, while the analog output offers multiple selectable settings to meet different equipment and process requirements.

With SUS 316L wetted parts, the PG-35 is suitable for measuring corrosive gases and liquids. It is well suited for semiconductor applications such as chemical supply systems, wet process equipment, vacuum systems, and high-purity fluid lines. The product also features temperature compensation from 0 to 50°C, ±1% display accuracy, and an IP65-rated enclosure, helping reduce the impact of dust and moisture while supporting stable long-term operation.

In HVAC and mechanical-room applications, the PG-35 can be used for monitoring chilled water, air-conditioning water circuits, pump discharge pressure, filter inlet and outlet pressure, and equipment air supply. In process automation systems, it can serve as a sensing element for pressure indication, equipment protection, process-condition verification, and emergency shutdown control, helping improve system reliability, process safety, and maintenance efficiency.
