PEL-N

The PEL-N is a pressure transmitter designed to measure pressure and differential pressure changes in air handling systems. This product item is imported and supplied from Taiwan, and it supports measurement compensation based on ambient temperature, helping improve the stability of on-site pressure monitoring.

The product offers multiple differential pressure measurement ranges, including ±50 Pa, ±100 Pa, ±250 Pa, ±500 Pa, 0…100 Pa, 0…200 Pa, 0…500 Pa, and 0…1000 Pa, allowing flexible configuration according to different equipment and application requirements.

In semiconductor wet process applications, the PEL-N can be used in wet benches, etchers, cleaning equipment, and chemical dispensing systems. It helps monitor tool exhaust negative pressure, as well as differential pressure and filter clogging conditions, enabling facility and equipment engineers to understand the status of exhaust and filtration systems in real time.
